At Active Health and Wellbeing CIC, we offer friendly, accessible group sessions designed to support people living with pain, stiffness, or long-term health conditions to move more, feel stronger, and make positive lifestyle changes — together.

A strengthening-based class designed to help people build confidence. The focus is on functional strength and body awareness. Whether you're looking to improve day-to-day function, reduce flare-ups, or simply feel stronger, this supportive class can help you build resilience over time.
Back Strength and Resilience Class

A low-impact session combining guided stretches, mobility exercises, and mindful movement to ease stiffness, improve posture, and support joint health. Ideal for people managing musculoskeletal pain or anyone wanting to stay flexible, relaxed, and mobile in daily life. All movements are adaptable and beginner-friendly.
Stretch, Mobility & Movement Class

This supportive, informal group meets online once a week for a 30-minute check-in. Together we reflect on our goals from the past week, celebrate progress, and identify what might have got in the way. We then set new small goals for the week ahead. It’s all about accountability, encouragement, and sharing ideas — with a focus on building sustainable lifestyle changes, step by step.

Our upcoming 8-week program is designed to support people with MSK conditions in improving their overall health and wellbeing. Each week focuses on a different area — including movement, sleep, nutrition, stress, and pain management — giving you tools and support to take control of your health. The sessions will be practical, empowering, and backed by the latest research in lifestyle medicine and pain science.
